Summary: Ensim is a 200 person software development
company providing applications solutions for MSO’s, ISP’s and traditional
telecommunications carriers in support of service delivery management and
equipment configuration management. My
daily role was both as leader and hands-on as the lead professional services
product implementer for Ensim VoIP customers (e.g. EarthLink.)

Responsible
for all aspects of customer implementations with VoIP (Voice over IP) delivery
management solutions. Responsibilities
included: pre-sales support for product
demonstrations, follow-up activities, and product documentation, training,
project management and vendor coordination.

Post-sales
design and analysis management including coordination and participation in all
engineering, management and single point of contact for all customer facing
meetings and design sessions.

IT
helpdesk and network administration management in the support of product implementation
and testing of customer’s implementation environment and test plans.

Designed
and critiqued customer training programs and managed lengthy issues lists
though resolution (often 500+ issues during a 6 month implementation.) Customer project documentation utilizing

into the network management, VPN and security areas with a combination of hands
